Radiator rodding 300tdi

Just wondering if any one around the north Brisbane area has had this done to there 300tdi radiator and if so where and approx how much, got a quote for $300 +gst and that includes removal from the car, rodding, flushing cooling system and replacement incl coolant. Is this what you would expect to pay?
