It's Chapter 11 bankruptcy, if you think Atari is dead think about General Motors and United Airlines who both previously filed Chapter 11.

Under the US Code, chapter 11 is a mechanism to stay off debt while the company restructures.

yeah i know and it will be the third or fourth time they have been thru it...

but it made an amusing title for me...

I was going to say, Atari died back in the mid 80's. Never the same since then.
