Victorian volunteers desperately needed.
:clap2: Look here - Hay Run to Gippy on Australia Day 2013 - YouTube
With the help of members of the local Lions Clubs, Heyfield, Maffra, and Wellington-Latrobe, stock feed for the immediate needs of the affected property holders has been organised.
18 truck loads already delivered or on the way, so far and counting.
Hopefully there will be enough 4WDs & cars with trailers as well as utes on Saturday to shift more than 650 small bales for the smaller farms who haven't got the gear to handle big rolls.
This job can't be done by large trucks. Too tight to get them in there.
Hope to see you on the day,
teks :)

G'day Evan,
Might try and help out with this, although I would need to borrow a tandem from someone. Just have to check with minister of W&F.
Maybe there's someone out there that has the trailer but no time to go down there, I'd be happy to tow it.

It was a pretty good day all up, some 40 vehicles turned up, mostly utes, as it was organized by a local ute club and the Pakenham Lions Club, who do these runs when needed. Felt a bit like being at the "Ute Muster".
I'll post some pics when I can get my comp online. Quite impressive seeing the line up in convoy, and very much apriciated by the locals.

There possibly will be, but more hay needs to be sourced, and then the call will go out for help.
