Hi guys,
I'm in need of the loan of a tandem (preferably) trailer to help with a charity run this Saturday, Australia Day.

The charity is to take hay to fire ravaged residents in Gippsland which Teks has posted recently.

Having being in this situation myself, I would like to return the favour, however, I can't afford to hire a trailer, and fuel. So if you have a registered trailer your not using for the day, close-ish to Narre Warren that you'd consider lending me for the day, I, and a farmer, would apriciate it

You can PM me, or give me a call 0411 804904.

Cheers

I have a tandem car trailer. Not a box trailer with ramps, purpose built.
Other than that, you can borrow the Track (6x4).

Best I have is a 6x4 with dodgy wiring.

G'day Pete, I'll take you up on your offer, can you give us a buzz please? 0411804904

Mick, thanks mate, but it's a bit far to head over to you and then go in the opposite direction :o.

How did you get on Marcus.

I was already away when you posted .

I have a 8x6 single axle if you would like it to do another hay run

I can get it across to Mulgrave easily

I passed a convoy stopped for a break (might have been Traralgon?) on Saturday. There was 1 Disco in the group. Was that you? It had some big chunky tyres!

G'day Justin, yes that was the convoy having lunch, and the Disco you spotted was Shane's, I drive the Defender (standard rims/tyres)

Pete, thanks muchly good sir,, if it comes up again I'll sing out.
As it was, I used our work trailer which has a dodgy tyre, and no spare,, so driving constantly wondering what I would do if it blew, was an issue I'd rather not have.

It was a good day though, plenty of "Toots and Hollers" during the day, especially at Traralgon, where I think they understand what was going on a bit better than most city folk.

Sorry I wasn't able to help out with my trailer mate but what are the odds of us running into each other in the road like that?
