I don't believe you .
All defenders leak. It's part of the built in cabin cleaning system.
Jumped in mine with dirty boots, one on clutch the other on brake.
The automatic cleaning system kicked in and presto, clean boots.
I never paid extra for it either.:D

People ask me why I bought a Discovery when my budget allowed for a Defender.
My reply is always "I like dry feet"
 :Rolling:

Mine leaks like a sieve. Whose stupid idea was it to put a sunroof in a Defender? My Daughter's long board lives in the Defender, water pours through the sunroof , lands on the surfboard and the gets evenly distributed around the inside from there. Braking and cornering are always fun.

Well I think I know why Toymotor drivers jump when they get get out of their carts?
Both the Defer and the FJ that I owned used to dump rain water on my lap going around corners, but that was during wet weather !
During dry weather the Land Rover was perfect when compared with the Toymotor, the FJ40 used to dump brown dusty rust particles into my lap.
So jumping up and down, when you got out, was a good way to shake all the rust off your good clothes. :D

Played for half the day in the mud on Sunday, lots of mud/crossings and wet roads, it was raining the whole time... The Puma 110 let some water in from the rear sliding glass, but thats only due to rubber seals not reaching the limits of the window frames... Otherwise, high and dry :)
