Fuel Flap won't pop open....

I went to put diesel in my discovery D2 the other day. But was confronted with the issue of, after pressing the button to open the fuel flap.....nothing!! No click, no nothing. I managed to force it open. After filling I tried again and got the same....nothing!!:mad:

Any info would be appreciated.

Have you paid your carbon tax?

Or check fuse 2 on the passenger compartment fuse box.
