I was running Aurora Fire fox as a web browser. Started to get redirected to ad sites when I tried to open sites like this one. So did a ad-ware, malware and spy ware clean out, still no good. So uninstalled the web browser with a program removal program that should really remove all traces of the selected program. Down loaded from fire fox a fresh new Aurora and installed it. Same problem and this was with no favorites added. Tried windows explorer and had no problems. So again uninstalled Aurora then I tried Fire fox. I set my home page to Optus which is our internet provider. When I opened the browser I got multiple tabs with a whole bunch of ad sites. Changed the start page to google and no ad sites yet. I would have thought that if my computer had a bug it would have been present with both windows explorer and fire fox. So it seem that fire fox is more likely to be the issue?
