Anyone got one? I picked one up the other day and am contemplating fitting my Carling switches in it but started wondering if they might be a bit bright at night up in the centre of vision.
Anyone else have any experience with this setup, or something similar?

I have a mini mud pod on my td5 defender but I have gauges in mine.
I do however have some of the carling switches from mud stuff further down the dash below the cd player.
the green and orange lights aren't overly bright.
haven't had any problems so far

The Carling switches I have (with a single orange bar light) aren't too bright or distracting however, the "ARB Style" Carling Switches are pretty bright. Not a problem for where I have them mounted on the dash in my 2003 TD5 but I suspect they might be a bit distracting if mounted higher up in a Mud Pod. (I have a Mud Pod fitted too but it has gauges and 12v sockets on it.)

Cheers, thanks fellas - it was the ARB switch I had in mind.
Might hook up a geniune Carling switch for a comparison of the brightness.
