Race engineering. But sit down when they give you the price. Last I heard they wanted about $70 ea to change offset and $85 ea to flip. That was a few years ago.

Summerfield engineering in WA do it for $45 per rim, but that doesn't help you...

I have some here in Melb that I am unlikely to use, however I paid a bit more than what Ben is listing. You best see if you can get them done locally and then determine if you want to make the effort to get them up from here.
