defender r380 bolt up to disco 200tdi?

as the title asks, does anyone know if a defender r380 gearbox will bolt up to a discovery 200tdi engine?

i have read that a discovery r380 will bolt pretty much straight up, but i'm not sure if a defender box is the same

If like for like the bellhousings will bolt up, however the selectors are in a different place and the Defender gearstick will likely foul the dash of the Disco. Remember the R380 are 30mm longer in the case.
