Gday All,

Well we went to see this last night and was blown away with the story of how Bin Laden was finally found and killed.

The story is supposed to follow the true events , and from what I have read seems close.

Its starts at 9-11 and goes thru till last year when they finally found him. The story starts off slow and builds till the climax, but personally I found it a great movie, and the terrorist attacks that happened after 9-11 are certainly well shown, along with the torture tactics used on the prisioners that they believed were connected to the terrorist cells.

Its a long movie at nearly 3 hrs, but if the events from 9-11 thru till Bin Ladens death interest you then this movie is well worth seeing.

Personally I was amazed at how it all unfolded, and how easy he could of got away, but most of all how Ballsy the zanks were to go in.

I think people should be made to watch this sitting strapped into their chair with their eyes taped open to enhance the realism.

I watched about 2 minutes of it the other day, and have been turned off by the camera technique that this movie, as well as most other movies these days, uses...

There's no such thing as a fixed camera shot. All shots are taken with the camera bobbing and weaving about - from slowly (about my third drink of the night), to frantic and erratic (about my tenth drink of the morning). This is used even when there's a fixed scene. Fair enough if the camera is tracking something or somebody moving. But watching somebody sitting in a car, with only the person's face framed by parts of the car, while waiting for people to look underneath - why can't we hold the camera still?

Annoys the hell out of me. Many movies I have watched about 5 minutes of and then dismissed, as I can't take the dodgy camerawork.

Is it just me? Nobody else I've spoken to is bothered by it, and some don't even notice it until I point it out...

Grumpy old fart, I suppose....
