Here's one for interested Novacastrians and LakeMacquarians and any body else for that matter,it is a model railway that has operated at Edgeworth for many years. It is run by a band of model railway enthusiasts and it is well worth a visit.:D Be warned though they do get plenty of people there.:D

A VISIT TO EDGEWORTH MINIATURE RAILWAY - YouTube

They are off Velinda Street in Edgeworth and operate on the last Sunday of each month but not December.:D:D I haven't been there for a while, will have to get out my trusty Nikon D5100 camera and get some piccies!!!:D:D

Yes Aus, I could spend all day there. Model engineering is one of my passions and they have all the passenger hauling gauges, 3 1/2", 5" and 7 1/4. I wish I had the time to become a member out there. One day. A dream of mine is to have a few acres of land and build a 7 1/4" railway around it. Then build up a stock of steam loco's and rolling stock.!!! There are a heap of great clips on YouTube. Just search.
Regards
Robbo.
