Start a new job Monday , off the tools again

Well after about a 20 year break from full time on the tools I lasted 3 months and decided that I dont like the car service industry. There seems to be not a lot of customer care any more (my apologies to the ones in the industry that do care, I know a few), but I bear witness to things I wish I had never seen.
So on Monday I start as a spare parts manager and maybe in this role I can make a difference to how people feel. Heres hoping any way
