Can't help with the torque value but suggest you do some google'ing and look to get the PDFs on the iPad.

I'd say more but aren't sure on the do's and donts surrounding this...

176Nm, 130lb/ft.

Luckily us Deefer drivers still have things made out a cellulose material that's rather quaint and called paper that when put together and bound and printed with ink was called a workshop manual :D

I know I can share this fact with other 90/110/130 drivers as they know what one is.

If this fact had been posted in the D3/4/RRS forum there'd be lots of quizzical expressions and murmurings of "what's he on about ?"

lots of antisieze on the splines before you mount the arm and double check the lock washer is in good nick before you start (helps if its in good nick and between the pitman arm and the nut as well)

Yes, but you need one of us D3 owners to come and read the long words to you.

Ha, I knew you lot didn't know what a paper manual was. :p

There's lots and lots of pictures in the book so us Neanderthals are fine, thanks very much ;)

Oh, I know what a paper manual is, I've heard they have them in museums.

And at least the pictures make it easier for the Neanderthals. It is quite pitiful watching someone above nappy wearing age trying to read using one finger on the page, and their tongue hanging out:p

Hi rick I know exactly what your saying , many years ago I was asked if I wanted a set of Land Rover 90 /110 work shop manuals, No1/5 as the owner said he no longer needed or wanted them . They've been a great souce of ref. I can't see me parting with them so easy . Cheers jim.:):)
