head gasket leaking

95 3.9 has rh head leaking out side of block. sounds like blown exhaust. is it worth only replacing 1 head gasket? has done 206 k's money tight!:(

At 206k it's worth doing both. The biggest element is going to be labour, unless you're doing it yourself, in which case it's only going to be 10 more bolts to undo to do the second head gasket.

The parts come in a kit to do both sides anyway. It'll be a false economy to do just one side.
