I have just fitted this to my puma 110, love the extra room they give. Seem very close to b-pillar but not touching, any one else fitted these? Any long term issues???

Also do the adjustment brackets sit parallel to the door bracket or are the supposed to be angled in some way?

Hi Jacko44,
Fitted the Rear Door Kits a month ago myself to our 2012 110.
I'm extremely happy with the extra room achieved but also thought they allowed the door to get to close to the B pillar so adjusted them a little 'shallow'. Found the sweet spot of maximum clearance on the B pillar versus maximum open door angle and set them there.
Very happy with the outcome.

Can you post a photo of the angle you have them on?

I did this too... my RHS one was rubbing the paint on the outside of the pillar
The angle i set is about 150deg

Jacko44, here's a photo of the rear door extension. The 110's parked on an incline so the door isn't fully opened...it's resting on the start of the check strap free play. Will post more photos Friday after work.
Cheers

I achieved the same result simply by elongating the holes in the original bracket and repositioning it closer to the hnges/door opening. no extra bracketry required.

Thanks DD, mine ate now cranked on a similar angle, seems to be a good compromise

A similar result can be achieved by having one of the kids leave a door open when you reverse out of a car port.....

Just fitted up a MULGO kit - cheap, simple, easy and works a Treat.
All the nuts and bolts supplied, along with new extension brackets.
Took about 5 minutes per side, at the price that Daniel sell these kits for why would you bother with anything else.
The benifit of this modification is obvious as soon as they are installed.
Thanks Daniel.

I've had the rear door strut fitted for about 3 years now, still works perfect.
MULGO products are just too good !

I removed the little plastic stoppers where the roller on the door stay hits.
The door opens til it nearly hits the b pillar.
But it swings around a bit on a slope or in a breeze.
So I put the plastic stoppers in and ordered a kit .........
..................a parcel arrived and I fitted the kit today.
Couldn't be bothered stuffing about trial and error making up my own brackets. Buying the wrong sized bolt then buying the right size bolts. Etc etc.
Just give MULGO $25.
So much easier.
Nice bit of kit Daniel :-)
Fitted the seat extensions that also arrived this arvo and went for a bit of a drive.
Going camping for the weekend.
Will see how they go.
I hope the seat comes forward enough for the missus to drive.
Once again good quality bit of kit and at a price I am happy to pay.

A bit of a leftfield question but does the rear door have a locking catch to keep the door open. I dont seem to have it on my 2013 110.

If you mean back cargo door nope, my MY14 does not have one from factory.
Mulgo has a kit for that too... ;-)
