I have been looking at a 110 and got a couple of questions.

The 110 has only 20200 Kms and has never been serviced, other cars I have had from new requires servicing at 5000 Km or so only then do you follow the xxxxx Km service interval, I was surprised when I read in the service manual that 20000 Km is the first service....but the story from sales man was that this 110 done a trip round Australia and is covered in red dust....is this a problem?

Also the 110 has a snorkel fitted and I was always hear a very strong suck noise as it was driving...is this normal???

Just looking for some advice....cheers in advance.

Well thats because LandRovers Suck

.............. no seriously - what type os snorkle head has it got, The Donaldson Cyclonic heads do make a loud sucking noise. A Ram head will be relatively quiet.

bit of red dust is no problem at all, but check the air filter & be sure its not clogged,

I know 20,000 klm is nuts , some say its fine but I service mine every 10k and grease the props etc every 5k , less in dusty / offroad conditions
