Hi folks - my MY13 D4 has a bubble in one of its tyres at about 7000km... would this be covered by some kind of warranty? Would I go to LR or Goodyear?

All warranty under ACL rest with the dealer not land rover. It should i would fight hard for it.

I would think it depends on what has caused the bubble. If it a fracture of the belts caused by road impact then you will get no joy trying for warranty.

I had a bubble appear in my factory tire the other day, I luckily had taken out tyre and rim insurance when I bought the car. So I replaced it with a cooper ltz for nothing but the tyre man said the belts were damaged and he is going to show the Goodyear rep as he thought it was a rare occurrence...maybe not!

As beefy said. All warranty issues rely solely with the supplier, not the manufacturer under the ACL.
A bubble in a tyre sounds like a fault in the construction to me, so therefore not fit for its intended purpose.
If they get stroppy mention the ACL and they will sort it.
