Update computer and components?

This is one for the experts i have purchased a 1997 HSE 4.6 wreck to get parts for my 1995 HSE 4.6. Did the 97 have traction control on the front wheels. If it did what do i need to swap to obtain the same on my old one, if i swap the main computers will they reset all codes or do i need to do something to reset the codes before i swap them. The 97 was an Autobiography model but the top section of the dash facia has a crack.

Laslty i swapped the radio and it wont work, i rang URL for the codes which they supplied but no effect do i need to use original code or something else?

I believe the 4 wheel TC came in at 99MY, with the 4pin front diff.

As Glen said 4 wheel TC didn't come in untill MY99 along with the Thor motor/ Bosch injection etc
