What's the electrical "plug in" box on the underside of the steering column cover?
I'm going to hazard a guess it's for nanocom interaction?

Hi if it's on the black plastic trim roughly where your left leg sits its the on board diagnostics socket, Nanocom, Hawkeye and other diagnostic gear plugs in there.

Looks like an old mobile phone handsfree kit controller?

Is that one of those devices they use to monitor p platers?

It's definitely not standard whatever it is.

Old Nokia hands free kit.

Can also see the aerial in the background & red & blue wires for power & ign switch.

Rip it off & turf it.
Find out where the aerial runs & also remove it.

I know it's your while but stuff lie that irritates me, I want it clean & clutter (wire) free.

Cheers ;-)

Ahh that makes sense.
There's a mic at the top of the A pillar trim.
Glad it's not in use so I can turn it, whole area needs a clean up so thats good.
Cheers
