G'day folks,

Im looking to knock up some shelfs, draws/extra storage to the back of my 110. Looking to get some ideas on what to do. If anyone has added extra storage to theres i'd love to see some pics please.

Also, im looking to do away with the rear sliding windows and put in a hatch/door so i can open it up and have full side access. Again i would love to see pics if anyone has done this, and how do i weather proof it and add a lock?

Cheers in advance. :-)

Yeah thats it exactly.shame there's no photos of the aluminium ones though. Cant tell how they'd weatherproof it. Handy site though, come great bits n pieces on there.

there is a few people on here that have installed them. One in-particular I know has posted some good pics of his installation! I forget his username, but he has a mid 90's green defender....
had a bit of a look, but i can't see it.... I'm sure someone else with a better memory will remember his name.

DB, I got one of these installed on the passenger side a few weeks ago....and it has totally changed the way I pack the car
Packing the cargo bay is easier with window access for storing long bits and bobs against the cargo barrier. Also handy if you want to get a bike in the back!
Unpacking is wonderful - for short stops you can just take out what you need at a really nice height without too much leaning.
I also hang the cutlery roll and spice rack/ general cooking utensils roll inside the window so access to everything is easy....but how often you use it will really depend on how you pack the back.
The ones Daniel is selling come with locks on them.
