Sounds like desperate times. I had a friend at uni who wouldn't even wait to bottle his home brew.

Lol nah not really I will still be buying beer from the shop the next brew will need to sit for longer, plus if you bulk prime you can drink sooner rather than the drops

It's been a while since I bottled beer cause in WA I had kegs and a brew fridge so they way I'm doing it now is abit new to me

I always wondered how it would go if you popped it onto the soda-stream machine. :D

Don't think I could stomach it that green though.

I use to run 4 kegs (19L soda kegs) at one time, so 4 on gas and 3 tapped

If you can wait you leave them for about a week on pouring pressure or you can prime them quickly at higher pressure I just did the slower method

Sounds like a good setup Adam. Mind you I hardly drink these days but enjoy the occasional taste of a different brew.

I think I need a brew fridge too.:o After a 10 year break from brewing I put down a Muntons Pilsner but for the first three days the fermentor sat at 24C, with the cold front that came through yesterday it has dropped to 22C...:(. I though I could get a Larger style in before winter finished...

Not to worry, I'm sure I will enjoy drinking it.:D But I did linger in the computer room at work today, it sits at 21C all year round.:angel::angel: Probably not conducive to continued employment if I turned a section into a micro brewery.:wasntme:

Cheers
