I'm in need of a 36mm fan spanner. I have just moved to Darwin from Canberra. The removalist have damaged my Postie bike and my Disco has done an alternator on Friday.
I thought about getting it replaced by an Auto Elect but I think its going to cost too much.
I would make the tool myself but the removalist have also lost my power tools.
I'm really up a creek here. No vehicle, new house, new area. I have met a few good people but I feel bad asking for a lift already as I only met them 2 weeks ago.
Happy Days.

I just use a big shifter.
I thought it needed to be a narrow spanner. Meaning a shifter will be too wide.
I might have a 36mm open end spanner from dirt bike axle nuts.

Could be on your vehicle. There's plenty of room on a P38A.

Thanks for the loan, Chris.
I owe you one.
I hope we can catch up some time and have a play with Nanocom.
Happy Days.

Some times you have to think outside the box.
If you remove one of the 10mm head bolts holding the fan pulley to the shaft it gives you plenty of room to get in with a big shifter.
