Anyone else watching this?
I only just started the second season, looking to also buy the books.
Oh, and for those who know anything about it, how fatal does this look?

The books are amazing. Get onto it!
The casting in the TV show is all time. You read the books and when you see the characters on the screen they are exactly as you imagine them.
Except for Thoros of Myr in the latest episode, he's the only one I feel they've gotten wrong so far. That could change when he gets some sweet flaming sword action going.
Tyrion is also the best character in anything, ever. He's cooler than Boba Fett and House and Brian of Nazareth, and that's saying something.

I have watched the first two seasons and waiting for the third season. Is a good show. That short guy plays a great role. As for that drinking game I`d like to see you get through a episode and actualy remeber what it was about.

Love it. Was not interested in mystical fantasy TV shows but got hounded by a mate to give it a go and got hooked after the very first episode. Much like the walking dead - zombie apocalypse genre's were not my thing either but the story lines and characters make them both winners, for me anyway.

I have watched the first two series and have the first three episodes of the third season but I refuse to watch these as I had waiting for the next episode to come available - would rather watch the whole series over a couple of nights.

That's why it's taken me so long to get into Season 2, waiting for an opportunity to get them all in one go.
I really cannot wait for them to kill Joffrey.
I hate that guy :D

.............................I really cannot wait for them to kill Joffrey.
What if they don't kill him ........I'm sure they will though, there's not many who would spare a **** like him............I hope it's painfull and slow :D
Tyrian is our favorite character.
Looking forward to season 3, but will wait for the whole set as it's hard to just watch one episode at a time.

You mean you have missed the first 3 episodes of season 3 :o, best show not on TV followed closely by Vikings ;) .
And Peter Dinklage has the best character in the show by far.

I finished Season 2 at around 4:30 this morning.
There were a few moments when I felt the occasional flutter of sympathy for the Lannisters (Jaime and Cersei mainly).
Then they went and did something to dick people over again
White walkers were pretty

I was waiting for John Snow to get it on with that chick. I thought surely the amount of sex they show this was a sure thing.
I must admit the fire god woman giving birth was pretty freaky.
The crap thing is now I have to wait to season 3.
I find GOT similar to Rome, Robin hood and the tudors.

I find that you can watch the same episode 3 or 4 times and pick up nuances each time.
9 months till series 4 and god knows how long till the next book :(

Might take a while, George Martin is still doing the rounds of the talk shows and awards ceremonies. Oh wait, that's the books.
They have almost finished filming the 4th series, but, it won't be released until about April next year according to my wife.
Seems they have a history of April releases for each season.
So, about this game, is this played episode by episode, or is it a marathon sitting of the DVD's thing?

We did the same, couldn't stop watching, so we went through the lot in no time. After a while we watched a lot of it a second time. It's amazing how many little details you miss the first time.

If you can make it through more than an episode or two and not require treatment for alcohol poisoning, I take my hat off to you sir :p

Been a VERY long time since I did any kind of "power drinking", not about to start those silly young games again.:D

Of course you could replace alcohol with latettes and it would really become a game of thrones.

I have never before watched such an "addictive" series....
On top of that I'm deeply "disturbed" by the way they brutally kill off all my favorite characters????? :o :( At least the dwarf is still alive - for now....
The worst is the long wait for season 4 :censored:

Good ol' George has a habit of killing of the best characters.
Pity he didn't do that with Circe, but then she's not one of the "good gals".
Glad that young Arya is still going strong, look for a twist in the plot when it comes to her in the next series.
My wife has all the Game of Thrones books, so I have a tiny insight to what should be coming up next.
