Hi all
Noticed this on car sales:
2006 LAND ROVER DEFENDER 110 03MY SUV Cars For Sale in NSW - carsales.com.au (http://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/land-rover-defender-2006-14702595?base=1216&vertical=Car&cr=55&page=5&eapi=2&__N=1247%201252%201282%204294965541%204294964692%2 01216&num=15&silo=Stock&sort=default)

I am usually hanging around the D3 area, but since the lease comes up later this year, I'm considering my options. So if any body knows the car - it seems to have very low kms for teh way it has been set up.
Cheers
Mike

Very nice, how can some set it up, but never use it? It has averaged 5500km per year... I would have bought this, if i didn't just buy the same thing for $20k less :D Otherwise i would buy it just for the plates.

Out of curiosity, are those rear seat factory, i cant quite make out the reinforcement rivet thingys that is usually on the exterior on the back panel.

Is the rear cargo mat factory. It looks heaps better than the rubbish I got in my puma the rear passenger ones I have don't even go to the sill there's a 5mm gap on one side;). Sorry hijacking yeah I think you could get one with real aircon for that price :wasntme:

Not that this justifies things but if he's had the work done by a garage, then labour plus parts could easily add upto $30k.

That would be the flux capacitor........ :wasntme:

Compared to this it doesn't really stack up........

That'd depend on what you were after, a land rover or a funny car.

Ian.

That barely resembles a Defender anymore...

If you want to go to those lengths you'll do better just buying one of these and get it over and done with. They should be coming back from Afghanistan in the next 5 to 10 years...

Spent does not equal value ;)

About the only interesting thing I can see about this particular car is that it can seat 9 (and I assume it has the paperwork to prove it)
