I have replaced all oils auto/transfer and both diff's and its still there I am very handy with spanners just new to the LR RR world and would like a second opinion before I go out guns blazing and rip out the diff centre cheers all

I had a pinion issue which created noise under deceleration, acceleration no noise. Maybe not the diff, the transfer case can make some noise, maybe that and oil change might help?.

What does that mean?
It's a standard "joke" that gets trotted out every time someone complains about a whining noise. You'd think they'd get bored after the 100th time but no...

100th? oh you mean thats the number for this month? :D Has to be in the multiples of hundreds now I would think! And sadly yes we never tire of it.
Now for serious thinking regarding the problem....... I see you changed the oils, did the transfer/ diff oils look ok? no extra metal bits? No water? It could be hard facing on the gears in the transfer or the diff as a result of water ingress at some point, You will need to pull covers and check that Im afraid, no easy way unless you have a bore scope. Unis can do it to and wheel bearings on occasions . About all I can think of with out actually haering it.
Cheers Scott
