FYI, something i stumbled on while doing some research. It's a USA web page so might be limited to that jurisdiction. The model are 'passenger' so might not affect many LR owners, but just in case:
"Federal Corp. is recalling certain Couragia A/T tires in which excessive heat causes tread shoulder chunking.
The affected 8,513 Couragia A/T tires are size P265/75R16 116S, with DOT Serial Numbers UX773210-UX770813.
Federal will notify owners and will replace the tires free of charge. The recall is expected to begin at the end of April 2013."
