I knew the pumas had some great features but nothing prepared me for what I found the first time I turned on the wipers. I was enthralled to discover that they park themselves in the same place.. EVERY TIME. Sometimes I turn them on even when it's not raining. It's mesmerising.

Those who haven't owned older Defenders may not understand why I'm excited.

park... what is this you speak of?
Last November in a storm on the Pormpuraaw road my wiper switch packed it in (terminals burnt out)
A little poke jiggery with a jumper lead and I could deftly give 12V to the washers (to clear the mud) or to the highest speed wipe. On returning home a DPDT switch made it easy to either give water or some wipe. Parking is a matter of switching the DPDT accurately!
I expect to replace the wiper switch at some stage

:D:D:D Mine too, And I thought mine was special? My back window's wind themselves down 5mm each week just to do an air change in the back seat!, it was an optional extra through Land Rover marketed as a fresh air make up system!
