How to remove the rear window ?

There is a little bit of rust forming on the upper boot lid. It will be an easy fix when I remove the glass and surround.
How is the glass held in ?
Is it held by screws to the frame and do you remove the trim on the inside to get at it ?

Wonder whats under there if you chipped that flaky paint away? Just so you know what your dealing with.
