Probably more a question for our LPG guru Bee utey,
The Zavoli Pan injectors, can the cover of the valve be removed?
The injector wiring is breaking down and the sheath covering the thin wires is cracking. also where the wiring plug enters the top of the injector body is showing exposed wires through the insulation.
This probably explains the recent bad running on LPG as it must be arcing on the wires,
If it is possible to take the top metal cover off I could fit new wiring inside the cap.
Thanks Mario

I doubt it. I'd be separating the wires and reinsulating them with gasket grade silicone. PAN injectors have been superseded but are still available as spares. PAN injectors can be dismantled and cleaned on the mechanical side.

Newer injectors have integral connectors on the coils, possibly for this reason although I haven't had to replace any PAN injectors for wiring failure yet.

Thought as much, just thought they may have as the metal cap has a threaded section where it screws into the square injector body.
Cheers, Mario
