GME AE5002 On-glass antenna

Just wondering if anyone had tried out these "through glass" aerials

They work ok. but nowhere near as good as an electrically linked unit does...

There are plenty of ways to get an antenna on a vehicle that will work much better...

What are you looking to fit it to vehicle wise?

Thanks for the reply.

My question was mainly out of curiosity about those type of aerials.

I will probably finish up with something like a GME AE4705 mounted on my nudge bar.

Of course I am open to suggestions
