300TDI turbo oil feed pressure

Does anybody have the spec for the oil feed port to the turbo oil line?
A mate has replaced the block with a REMCO unit and it **** the turbo after 200kms.

Current readings:

Oil press on filter: 1.73Bar
Oil press on turbo banjo: 0.52bar
