Im trying to get a hold of some parts from the uk from a wreckers/breaker that will not ship internationally.

Are there any part suppliers or brokers that will happily buy them off him for me & then ship??? Has anyone done this before?

Obviously profit has to be had & also freight cost from the wreckers to whoever is going to do it but I don't know how things operate over there or if this is even possible

Try this courier company. They will collect for you and forward on, by sea or air, depending on the weight.

I've got a few big and bulky items that they collected for me, and are forwarding by sea, and cost me just over £200.
