Hi Scotty,
I agree with 91ramjet that they are most probably got a bit stretched with age and might be time for a swap. With the automatic tensioner there isn't much to tighten in order to stop slippage.
The tensioner pulley bearing is a potential culprit as well and that is a very simple bearing replacement. See Best4x4xFA's recent post on Td5 pulley bearing replacement.
Cheers,
Lou

Mine squeals if the belt gets wet.
A bit of talcum powder keeps it quiet for quite a long time.
It also make the engine bay smell nice. :p

Mine does in the morning first thing, must be condensation or some such on belt, also when going through puddles. Has done for about 3 years (2.4 Puma)

mine is doing the same at the moment with all the rain on the sunny coast this week, i have tried a few things but I think a new belt is needed now.

I posed the same question some time back and got these answers, although in the end the squealing just stopped. Hope it does for you too. :)

We used to use graphite powder, any of the sprays never seemed to work for very long
