Question.
Sold my Tdi 1994 ute some 3 or 4 years ago to a chap in NSW or QLD.

Anyone seen it?

Was a hardtop, then I converted it.
Had a canvas canopy on it.

Was a zebra when I had it !!!

I was devastated when you took the Zebra stripes off it to sell!

County I love so much. And hate it also. Lol. The moss has taken it over. I start it every few months.
But I can't ever sell it. Last trip it did was 2 years ago. The VW gets all the trips now days.

Hey speaking of that. If it was red like my Ducati and scared me like the 850 and was as usable as a camper as the Kombi. I'd be set.

It's my summer project. Get it out and clean it up for a few trips.

Mike. That was the TD5. That one the insurance company wrote off after I gave it a swim up at cape York. The county I've had some 5 years or maybe more. V8. Converted to auto. Disc rear end.
It lived at my ex's house when we met. But I've since moved back there and she's around the corner with my kids.
I'm having a clean out again. Selling some rover stuff. Selling a Porsche and making room for more toys. Lol
Sold the Thunderbird and have away a disco.
Damn I had a huge clean out have away 3 volvo's also. Lol

Ahhhhh, I see. Yeah, last time I saw you it was 914, T5 Ovlov, green uterus, the failing to swim Deefer & the brand new German helmet. Oh and a house that needed knocking down ;) I think there was something lurking under a tarp as well, but might be wrong....

I saw it at Merlo Coffee about 3-4 years ago in Bowen Hills in Brisbane. It still had the ute cab and canvas back.

I'm afraid I place anyone who paints their vehicle in Zebra stripes, who is not running a safari business in Africa, in the same vein as those who paint their vehicle in camouflage colours, who have never been in the military. Is it a coincidence most seem to be in the deep south? Bob

He's selling it Mary, he bought a 03 model VW that he's building a camper into.
So that sweet rover V8 won't be floating around mildura soon. He's sold it to a forum member on here. Comes to melb in next week or so
