Has anyone tried Total Transmission Syn Fe 75w-90 oil in their Puma gearbox. It has the Ford spec M2C-200C and is GL4,GL5. I am not sure what the ratings of GL4 and GL5 together mean as the GL4 is required for the Puma box and from what I have read GL5 should not be used. Motul Gear 300 oil has this GL4/5 rating also.

It comes recommended here:
Total UK Lubricants Advisor (http://total-gbr.lubricantadvisor.com/advice.aspx?lang=eng&typeid=0476d2bc3e72a6afdc75f445e8df564d&br=62ce082f5afe4d02)

I am using the total quartz 9000 future nfc5W-30 in my Puma engine with no problems as it is one of the very few oils we can buy outside the dealer chain in New Zealand.

We cannot get that total gearbox oil here in NZ yet so I have used Fuchs Sintofluid Oil with no ill effects (Comes with the ford spec M2C-200C as well ) . LR official oil $120 per litre, Fuchs $28 per litre.

Last recent service I used Total Syn 75W-90 in the main gearbox and transfer box.
I used Total Quartz 5W-30 in the engine. Everything running smoothly. Would recommend Total Oils.
