I like it...

for what I can,

if you're in range and want to have a crack at DIY stuff on your vehicles consider the door to the garage open if you need it.

Well...... what a great site for MEN...... ALL MEN!

Yes we all try to 'cure' ourselves of our anxieties and so on but really, we can't. And most of us think that it is only 'weak' blokes who need help. SO WRONG!

As someone who lived with a wife for 30 years and suffered with her deep depression for 23 of those years I know how much professional help actually well.... HELPS.

After my marriage break-up last year I too attended counselling. And for those out there who think that having a beer with a good mate is as good, think again. Your mates will always take your side and support the easy bits, they are the bits they can understand. It's the bits they DON'T understand (and perhaps you don't either)that you need help with.

My issues were complex, a few on this forum know what they were and I don't feel the need to go into them here but guys, if you're not getting a real grip on things, if you feel like there's not much there to be had in your life, GET SOME PROFESSIONAL HELP! It does work and your family will love you all the more for it.

Better still..... your family will still have you well into the future:)
