County exhaust question

Hi Can somebody give me the position of the exhaust where it passes the rear wheel and if there are any clearance problems.I am thinking just over the spring bracket close to the chassis or right up high in the corner of the body

This is where mine originally was. I now have it on the inside of the chassis rail. Now it is like this:
