Just been out playing offroad in my 7 month old D4 and have bashed and damaged rear right hand side of my bumper. Punched a moon shaped cut in the bumper about the same diameter as a tennis ball, also broke a couple of plastic body mount clips. Did not feel or hear it happening, not happy!!!!:( Thought it had better clearance than that, lesson learned. Any help full advice on how to prevent further damage. On disco 1 you just removed plastic bumper corner pieces. Thanks all.

First off - more clearance! LLAMS or GOE rods will help with those approach or departure angles.
D3 bumpers on ebay for $99, but none for D4 :(
Kaymar rear bar = $$$$!

Not that it helps you, I pulled mine off by driving over a branch hidden in grass on my property and only stopped because I thought I should probably should check if there was any damage. Fortunately only all new clips and brackets were required with just a few scrapes on the bumper itself.
