Ex army trailer axle setup

Hey guys shortly ill be looking at pulling off the land rover type wheels off my ex army 1/2 ton trailer. I would like to fit some hilux sun raiser wheels to it. Will I be able to keep the axle and just get some different hubs? Or will I need a whole new axle setup?

take the hubs and bearings off (at least one side) and take them to a trailer/caravan shop - they should be able to get the correct bearings and hub for hilux wheels - just ensure the offset is correct when you get the wheels

Sweet. I already have 3 brand new sunraisers to suit hilux. Ill most likely want to buy a while new axle setup now cause I want to space the wheels out the same track as a hilux!
