I'm not a Holden fan by a long stretch,
but anyone that goes to these lengths need to be admired.

Spotted in Boulia yesterday

Some heavy duty chassis work done on that, one thing that puzzles me on this, with all that work to set up the tow car and he has those crappy seatbelt caravan mirrors that stuff up your paintwork ??

(I dont even know what model Commodore that is, I lost touch with Holden model id's when they all started looking the same after the VB.)

I guess he is just saying "stuff you" to all those ******* in their 4WD's pulling the latest in behemoth luxury caravans

Don't knock the Commodore, mate.
I have a VR. It's the most reliable car I have ever had. Over 420,000km and all I do to it is regular servicing.

The purchase price plus fuel costs adds up to a lot of motel rooms, i really dont see the point of lugging something that big around.

Well. I sort of agree, but then I don't.

We have done a lot of 'Motel touring' both in Aust & Overseas , You cant get motel rooms on the side of a deserted riverbank or in the middle of nowhere.

You get your own bed to sleep in and have your own stuff, Stinky motel rooms no more, & I've been 5 star too, that is for pretentious snobs.

Our own van is not big by any stretch, (13' 6" x 6' 6") but it cost close to $70 grand Plus the $30 grand for the 110, You are right $100 grand sure would pay for a lot of Motel Rooms.

I'm not knocking Commodores, they are just not for me. I'm not into the whole ford vs holden thing. ( RIP Valiant :) )

13'6" , thats a 1 person van. A van that size i understand but something that big that it requires a purpose built articulated vehicle to tow is just ridiculous, definitely not something i would ever consider.

Looks like a VZ Cross6 or 8 by the plastic arch trim and height.

If this is the case its all wheel drive  had one before I bought the 90

Cheers Paul
