Hey all,
New here, so please play nice :)
Im rebuilding a 200Tdi 110 at the moment and I've just had the engine renewed and am at the stage of installing the clutch.
I've had a clutch (only driven 1000km) on the shelf for a while and it's gathered dust and a bit of rust. The housing surface is relatively clean with some small scratches though I was wondering if I should replace the clutch assy.
I'd rather not as I'm trying to save cost though, but how perfect does the housing surface need to be. I can't find a runout reading in the WSM, could anyone shed any light here?
Thanks,
Mr200Tdi
