Hi all.

I have just rebuilt the compressor and valve block but since plugging it back in nothing seems to be happening. The compressor is working well but there is no pressure being sent through the valve block to the system.
Has anyone experienced this at all please? Do I need to reset the EAS?
Thanks in advance.

I would start with some basics. Nothing should need re-setting so if the pump is running either you have a leak or the pump is not working properly. If the pump is working fine it will cut out once the tank is up to pressure. I would disconnect the air hose from the pump and make sure pressurised air is coming out with the pump running as a first step.

When the system is depressurised it will take the compressor a few minutes to repressurise the tank. Assuming the compressor is running OK from Wayne' s suggestion, Run the car for five minutes with the drivers door open to pressurise the tank and then close the door and she should rise to standard unless you have leaks. Check all airlines are pushed in properly on the valve block. Back bags will inflate first then the front hopefully.

spray some soapy water around all air connections including bags to find any obvious leaks.

Turns out that is was a dodgy exhaust valve diaphragm. I put the old one back in and hey presto, she rose!

Thanks everyone!

Now to work out why it's getting hot despite a new thermostat. Fan? Water pump? Hmmm.
