Today, my daughter who has special needs had to attend the dentist. She was told that she had to bring her toothbrush. As my wife and daughter were leaving the house my wife asked my daughter if she had her toothbrush with her. My daughter replied that she had so off they went.
Once at the surgery the dentist took my daughter inside and placed her in the chair. The dentist asked my daughter if she had brought her toothbrush, to which my daughter replied that she had.
"Can I see your toothbrush?" the dentist asked my daughter.
"Yes" my daughter replied and promptly took her toothbrush from inside one of her boots and handed it to the dentist!
You just never know what to expect from day to day.
