Is anyone doing this "Dry July". I heard something on the radio about not drinking for charity for the whole of July and I thought, I haven't yet had a drink in July, I could do this. I will see how tomorrow pans out before I get carried away. I had the conversation with a lady at work about it and she said something about needing a drink to feel good about herself. I said that I always feel good about myself. I just feel better when I drink. I will google "Dry July" now. It's for 31 different types of Cancer. 31 days in July.

Dry July makes more sense than sober October , that idea was like pushing poo uphill with that being the month of Oktoberfest :D when you can sit and compare Germanic brews to Aussies finest to the sounds of oompah music in steins.

I think I can already taste a nice red tonight. Living in Townsville there aren't too many months when you can actually enjoy a red wine. I think I might just give them a donation and cave in.

I'm having a go.
Heard something on the radio while recovering from the second hangover of the last weekend in June.
Swmbo is playing along too :)
Been a week so far, not easy, but okay.
Wasn't sure about which charity was involved but I'll make a donation. Might shed a couple of kgs too, which can't hurt :)

Dry July... What a load of ****!
Just make a donation if it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy and get back to enjoying that glass of Red with dinner...
