Google... ;)
Okay, a bit more info, google reverse image search. Upload your image to google image search and it finds any matches. A very effective tool to find the source of any photo that has been posted before.

The grey hardtop looks to be a late 2a with the steel mesh grille and wide lights.

Lands Dept. vehicles???
I was working for the Lands Dept then & their vehicles had the "Pineapple" State symbol on the doors & definitely NO bar work. And why no spare tyres?

Harbours and Marine vehicles. Geo Survey was across the street in the former Smellie & Co/Industrial High School building at 2 Edward St. The building on the right was the Port Office.
