:confused:Hi all,
So I'm new to the forum but not the beast. I've finally gotten my '69 Model SIIA Troopy out of dock. I did a pretty complete front end rebuild back in the late '90s. Thrashed it 'round Oz a couple of times and through many twists of fate ended up separated by the great dividing range. ( weeps quietly)...I have the girl back and she's in a bad way. First up I thought replace fuel pump, generator and broken clutch line so I can move it around the yard. Bought factory new all three bits. Went to replace jennie (must have done at least 100 times over the years). Can't get jennie past rear mounting bolt. I'm sure that bolt is meant to slide in it's housing and secure with nuts. It is seized to the buggery and I am going nuts. Any suggestions on how to move it. I've tried about 50 litres of WD40 and a hammer. Also tried overtightening nuts but don't want to shear it off. I don't want to heat it as I'm not sure that's so good on the block. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Cheers
