How many is a Heap?

To see storage...

Click the apple (top left)

Click 'about this mac'

When box appears click "more info"

A new box appears.... " About this mac "

In the top row click storage.

weeds, unfortunately when you send stuff to trash, it still stays on the disk until you empty the trash. Anything you want to keep move to another drive or CD/DVD. Then Hard delete them from the hard drive - in windows select the file/s anh hold down shift when you select delete. Not sure if that is the sequence on the Mac
