I've got a safari snorkel I'm ordering on monday and should have it by tuesday...
I'm hoping to DIY install it with nuggets seal kit too... how hard would it be? lol

Measure twice. Or thrice.
Other than that, as long as you have a little bit of DIY ability you should be sweet.

I believe atleast the painful part is out of the way (no drilling required?)

use lots and lots of the green low tack painters tape anywhere you are going to look at marking, cutting, rubbing or going near the paint work.

You tube is your friend. Saw a really good clip the other day on exactly what you want to do.

Unless Safari have significantly changed their design, you will need to drill 3 holes in the guard.
From memory they need to be about 12mm.

It's pretty easy but I'd say allow about 4 hrs so you can take your time and make sure it's all sealed and correct. Sure feels better doing it yourself as opposed to trusting someone else.
You also have to decide if you want to seal up the 2 drains in the intake.
Also there is a small square hole in the bottom of the air box that definitely needs sealing.

Sorry just noticed you have nuggets seal kit so not sure what that entails.
Maybe you just have to work out if you seal the duck bill drain in the bottom of the air box.

Thanks guys. I may have to try and knock it off over a weekend or something... or ask one of the techs at work to do it lol
