Hi all,
I am looking for the OBD2 plug on my 03 D2. I understood that almost all vehicles after about 2000 had an OBD connector.
Could someone help me with it's location.
Cheers, Rick.

It's under the steering wheel drivers side.

As above - undo the two lugs holding the panel under the steering wheel. The OBD connector is a little to the LHS of the space underneath. If you've not seen one before perhaps do a google image search so you know what you're looking for.

On a 2000 V8 it's on the LH side of the steering column, still on the drivers side of the tunnel, below the bottom lip of the cover panel. No need to open anything.

No need to undo the panel. Actually if you undo the pannel you won't be able to see the OBD2 connector!
It's underneath the dash on the drivers side, slight left from centre of the steering wheel.

Thanks twr7cx,
thats where I was going wrong. I was looking behind the panel. It's not a small connector so I thought it would be easy to spot. I had a look when I got your message and it was staring me in the face. lol.
Thanks again. Cheers, Rick.

That's interesting to note. I do seem to recall now that I may have disconnected mine from where it is mounted as standard so that the Nanocom plug didn't have such a kink in the cable.
IIRC mine is loose inside the void behind that panel so I must have unscrewed it. All I know is that when the Nanocom freezes I open the panel and it's there in front of me.
